About the house

A research house, not a publisher.

Weiss & Co. exists for one reader: the principal deciding whether, where, and how to deploy capital into a market they do not yet know. We are quiet by design and evidenced by default.

Our position

We publish country, regional, and city investment guides as annual editions — each a decision system backed by named sources, graded evidence, and working models a client's own analyst can run.

The market is full of static reports and confident opinion. Neither de-risks capital. A cheap guide tells you a market exists; a Weiss dossier tells you what is true, how confident we are, and where you must confirm with local counsel before you move.

We serve family offices, high-net-worth investors, founders, diaspora investors, and funds — buyers for whom a wrong entry is expensive and discretion is not optional.

Who we serve

Capital that cannot afford to be wrong.

  • Family offices & funds

IC-ready theses, refresh cadence, and warm introductions.

  • HNW & diaspora investors

Title safety, yields, and trustworthy local intelligence.

  • Founders & operators

Formation, permits, hiring, and demand validation.

What we do not do

The lines we hold.

  • We do not manage money

We are research and intelligence — not a fund, broker, or fiduciary.

  • We do not give advice

No investment, legal, or tax advice. We evidence; licensed professionals advise.

  • We do not guarantee returns

Projections are illustrative. We grade confidence; we never promise outcomes.

Work with the house.

Institutional access opens the full catalogue, named-user seats, and defined analyst hours. Everything begins with a conversation about the capital and the markets in question.
